Pranams to His Holiness Sri Bharathi Theertha (Bharathi Tirtha) Swami as Sitarama Anjaneyulu) the Jagadguru and Shankaracharya of the Advaitic Sringeri Sharada Peetham, on His English Birthday today April 11th. Born in the year 1951 in Narasaraopet in Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh to a pious Telugu Vaidiki Velanadu Brahmin couple, Shri Tangirala Venkateshwara Avadhani and Smt. Ananthalakshamma, He became a disciple of Shri Abhinava Vidya Theertha Swaminah and succeeded Him as the Current Peetathipathi of Sringeri Sharada Peetam.
